Infrastructure Project Manager
Job Description As an Infrastructure Project Manager II, you will be the central point of coordination for multiple concurrent IT infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on hardware and facilities components such as low voltage systems and audio/video installations. This person will work on networking, infrastructure, and data center related projects so needs to have prior experience with these types of projects. The role is approximately 80% meeting facilitation and stakeholder alignment, and 20% hands-on project updates and management. You will lead daily meetings, capture detailed notes, and drive cross-functional alignment across IT delivery teams and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, and quality, translating technical requirements (e.g., network, servers, application support) into actionable plans, and proactively identifying and resolving risks. Youll provide executive-level status updates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. In a fast-paced environment, youll organize and prioritize competing tasks and dependencies, applying project management fundamentals and tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Jira.
