NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Remote, USA. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Delivery Coordinator to support the implementation of infrastructure projects across multiple sites within our organization. This role will act as the key liaison between national program managers and local site stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and timely execution of project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the primary point of contact between Infrastructure program managers, PMs and site stakeholders. + Coordinate infrastructure project activities across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with national rollout plans. + Facilitate scheduling discussions, site readiness planning, and ongoing communication to support project milestones. + Track project timelines, deliverables, and site-specific requirements to ensure timely implementation. + Support the resolution of site-level issues and escalate concerns or roadblocks to the national program team as needed. + Maintain detailed documentation of communications, decisions, and project status across all assigned sites. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, and operations to ensure successful execution. + Provide regular updates and reports to national program managers and leadership on project progress and site performance. + ServiceNow change management schedule coordination + Support messaging and talking point delivery to Market Technology team for customer impacting projects + Participate in regular meetings with the Regional Technology Officer and Market Technology team. Required Qualifications: + 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in infrastructure, IT, or telecommunications. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects or tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and standard office applications. + Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed teams. + 2+ years experperience with ServiceNow, including Change Management scheduling processes, or similar tools. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
