Your Key Responsibilities

 

Contribute to planning, monitoring and reviewing of Product Group’s budget, and provide actual vs. plan reports. Conduct regular forecasts and validate running rates with the product owners Support preparation of financial analyses, reports and budget forecasts, assist in the Product Group’s monthly and yearly closing Review financial data periodically to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures Complete financial planning, analyses and reporting activities to support accountable management in the decision process Complete designated finance tasks and ensure timely payments and regular reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies Take over time and travel management, support in travel expenses management for team members or Managers Coordinate financial activities across multiple teams by serving as the primary contact for financial questions, process clarification and financial support Initiate procurement activities by generating purchase requests aligned with business requirements and vendor proposals, ensuring full compliance with system protocols and approval workflows Execute invoice validation processes including discrepancy identification and resolution coordination to maintain accurate accounts payable operations

 

Your Qualifications

 

Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification Experience in projects in the field of Product Information Systems and Ecommerce platforms Several years of leadership experience will be advantegous Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as e.g. Scrum or Kanban as well as DevOps processes is beneficial Knowledge of cloud computing and system architecture desirable Fluent in written and spoken English (min. C1) German and Polish skills are an asset Strong leadership skills incl. motivation, coaching, managing complex situations and stakeholders as well as team transformation capabilities Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills Willingness to travel to Germany on at least a bi-weekly basis
