**Main Responsibilities**
+ Develop monitoring solutions with dedicated tools, automate routine tasks, identify opportunities, and implement small improvements.
+ Lead meetings and alignments with customers, assessing their needs, and providing project updates.
+ Technical support to unit users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up equipment for new employees, and handling IT incidents either in-person or remotely.
+ Register and track technical tickets, keep documentation up to date, and support the fulfillment of IT service SLA indicators.
+ Supports the implementation of required security measures such as firewalls or message encryption, monitors performance, and notifies security experts of any issues.
+ Assists in the administration of local servers and network infrastructure, monitors essential services, performs maintenance routines, and supports account and backup management, in addition to carrying out basic maintenance tasks and organizing network equipment.
+ Collaborates on local IT projects by assisting with deployments, testing, asset inventory, user training, and acting as a bridge between central IT and users.
+ Works on a delivery team alongside infrastructure engineers and supports basic systems and infrastructure deployment and/or maintenance to deliver system functionality.
