You will report to Supervisor, Managed Services.

Your Responsibilities:Monitor IT infrastructure at the customer.Talk to customers. You are the face of our company to our customers. How you communicate and work with them creates a positive experience.Support our clients – using phone and emails you'll help resolve technical issues regarding configuration and solving problems in virtual area VMware, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 and backup systems.Document technical solutions and best practices.Expand knowledge and improve specialist skills.

The Essentials - You Will Have:good command of Englishuniversity degree – preferable IT/Automatics or similar or 5 years of professional experience1 year of experience in administration of systems Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/20191 year of experience in administration of systems VMware, Nutanix, or similarexperience in configuration, administration, and service management - DNS, DHCP, RDP, and RDWebexperience in administering NetBackup, Veeam, Backup Exec, and VDP backup systems

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Experience managing environments connected with VMware VSANCertification Microsoft MCSACertification VMware VCA/VCPExperience administering Lan / Wan networks based on Cisco technologies will be an advantagePower Shell programming skills, PerlKnowledge of an additional European language will be an advantage
