**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Azure Cosmos DB mySQL and MS SQL Server along with domain skills in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics. This hybrid role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our infrastructure and support our scientific research initiatives. **Responsibilities** + Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using Azure to support scientific research projects. + Optimize database performance and manage data storage solutions using Azure Cosmos DB mySQL and MS SQL Server. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cheminformatics and bioinformatics data into existing systems. + Provide technical expertise to ensure the reliability and security of our infrastructure. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency. + Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures. + Implement best practices for data management and storage to support research and development activities. + Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. + Support the deployment of new technologies and tools to enhance research capabilities. + Collaborate with researchers to understand their infrastructure needs and provide tailored solutions. + Lead initiatives to improve infrastructure scalability and performance. + Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems. + Provide training and support to team members on infrastructure-related topics. **Qualifications** + Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Azure Cosmos DB mySQL and MS SQL Server. + Possess strong domain knowledge in cheminformatics and bioinformatics. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Display strong communication and collaboration skills. + Have experience in managing and optimizing large-scale databases. + Demonstrate a proactive approach to infrastructure management.
