We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our client Primary Skills : **At least 2 years of experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, Splunk, etc** JD is given below. + Engage application Service Level Owners's on a regular basis for infrastructure and application Stability, Reliability + Monitor Orx applications and proactively engage and lead DevOps, Networking, DB and business to resolution + Create detail leadership reports on status of Orx applications + Engage in Performance testing, release readiness, strategic intiatives and 1/1 readiness activities + Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements. + Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems. + Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses. + Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks. + Translates concepts into practice. + Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.
