**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 10 to 14 years of expertise particularly in Dynatrace AppMon. The ideal candidate will contribute to our Property & Casualty Insurance domain projects. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to infrastructure development ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The position is based on a day shift schedule with no travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Dynatrace AppMon to ensure system reliability and performance. + Oversee the monitoring and analysis of application performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. + Provide technical expertise in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to enhance project outcomes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions seamlessly into existing systems. + Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures to support operational excellence. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure development. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain service quality. + Optimize infrastructure resources to achieve cost efficiency and scalability. + Implement security measures to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access. + Conduct regular performance reviews and capacity planning to anticipate future infrastructure needs. + Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Participate in project planning and execution to align infrastructure goals with business objectives. + Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities and support innovation. **Qualifications** + Possess extensive experience in Dynatrace AppMon for infrastructure monitoring and optimization. + Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess application performance and identify improvement opportunities. + Exhibit knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to contribute effectively to relevant projects. + Show proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common infrastructure goals. + Display excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges. + Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in infrastructure development. **Certifications Required** Dynatrace Certified Associate ITIL Foundation Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
