We are seeking a passionate Information Technology Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems across the hotel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and monitoring of the hotel’s entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware, software, guest Wi-Fi, telecommunications).Act as first point of contact for internal IT requests and support issues.Coordinate external IT service providers and work closely with the global IT team.Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, PCI DSS).Perform regular backups, updates, and system tests.Implement and train staff on new systems and software solutions.
