May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. Other experience in computer hosting, Data center operations, etc. **LEVEL EXPECTATIONS:** + Entry level professional executing work requiring independent decision-making and judgment with appropriate supervision over outcomes. **EXPERTISE** + Requires good theoretical knowledge in specialization and an entry-level understanding of practices and procedures, usually acquired through an undergraduate degree, professional certification, or comparable work experience with some additional limited experience. + Critical analysis skills developed through professional study or comparable experience sufficient to identify, describe, and make recommendations relative to business challenges impacting their area on a day-to-day basis. Applies a body of professional / theoretical knowledge and problem-solving techniques to identify and resolve issues. + Works under direct guidance and task-oriented supervision. Employees typically follow a defined process but are required to plan and organize their own work. **COMPLEXITY** + Independently seeks opportunities to learn the processes within own area, and the tools / approaches that can be applied to these challenges. + Exercises decision-making skills sufficient to propose solutions to leadership and a plan for utilizing established procedures to create new solutions. + Develops stable working relationships internally exchanging standard/basic information with colleagues and immediate supervisor, project leaders and other professionals in the team. Work undergoes periodic review in accordance with established procedures or precedent. + Follows through on difficult situations and exercises independent decision-making regarding a course of action by following established procedures. + Employees' professional impact is typically within their immediate work area. **Additional Job Description:** + **Key Requirements:** + Available to work rotating shifts on a 6x1 schedule. + Conversational English level, with the ability to interact in professional settings. + Systems Engineering, Telematics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. + 1 year of IT experience (preferred). + Manufacturing experience (preferred). + **Desired Competencies/Skills** + Systems Administration (Windows/Linux/Unix) + Network Management (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching) + Infrastructure Monitoring and Maintenance. + Incident and Problem Management (ITIL, ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management) + Server and Virtualization Management. + Cloud Operations (AWS, Azure, GCP – hybrid environment management). + Backup & Recovery (business continuity tools and strategies). + Operational Cybersecurity (patch management, access control, hardening, incident response). + Data Analytics: Ability to collect, cleanse, and transform large volumes of data from different sources. + Information Analysis: Interpretation of complex data to support strategic and operational decision-making. + Dashboard Creation: Design and construction of interactive and intuitive dashboards in tools such as Power BI, etc. + Implementation of Artificial Intelligence Agents/Models: Development and integration of intelligent agents and machine learning models for specific use cases (automation, prediction, classification). **Work Appropriately** On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis In case you need any reasonable adjustment to continue with your process, let your recruiter know.
