We are looking for a passionate Information & Technology Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the seamless operation, security, and continuous improvement of all hotel information systems. This role supports daily hotel operations by maintaining reliable technology infrastructure, delivering exceptional internal customer service, and driving digital innovation that enhances both guest and employee experiences..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all hotel IT systems, network infrastructure, server environment, and back-office systems.Ensure all systems run efficiently, securely, and with minimal downtime.Coordinate system upgrades, updates, and preventive maintenance in alignment with operations and guest impact.Maintain accurate documentation of system architecture, processes, and procedureManage the hotel’s wired and wireless network infrastructure, ensuring strong, stable, and secure connectivity across the property.Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to optimize speed, reliability, and accessibility.Oversee hardware procurement, installation, and lifecycle management (servers, switches, workstations, mobile devices, security systems).
