We are seeking an experienced Customer Service / Helpdesk Analyst II to join our client in Port Moresby.
Role Overview
Provide first level end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and implement solutions. Assist with desk side or remote assistance as needed. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team for further support. Manage and train other team members and lead projects.Skills & Qualifications
Working knowledge of computer and technical systems. Customer service experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good listening skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. ITIL or relevant Microsoft certifications advantageous. Minimum 3 years of experience in helpdesk and customer service roles.Pay & Benefits
