Role Overview
Provide first-level end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Run diagnostic programs to isolate problems and implement solutions. Assist users through desk-side or remote assistance as needed. Determine when to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team. Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Receive direction and support from senior IT staff.Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution. Experience: Prior experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is preferred.Pay & Benefits
