ABOUT RINSE

Rinse is a technology-enabled dry cleaning and laundry delivery service. We're now serving ten metro areas across the US, and our customers love us!

As our IT Associate, you'll manage Rinse's computer hardware, networks, and technical infrastructure.  You'll work closely with engineering, local operations, HR, and management to ensure that the technologies we use at Rinse are productive, secure, modern, and compliant.  You'll drive Rinse's productivity through administration, collaboration, and documentation. 

We're a tiny team tackling big problems, so our technical staff enjoys considerable autonomy, flexible schedules, and ambitious projects with clear and meaningful impact on our business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Procure and Provision computing equipment for our employees and cleaning partners Manage a growing inventory of technology across many locales Administer networks and other technical infrastructure in our warehouses and cleaning facilities Support in the administration of systems necessary for Rinse's business functions Troubleshoot issues as reported by operations personnel Document, research, and analyze Rinse's information technology platform and viable alternatives Stay current on technologies as they emerge and mature Work closely with other corporate functions, such as operations, marketing, finance, product, and customer experience, to ensure that our technology facilitates all aspects of the business

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

A strong analytical mind with high ambiguity tolerance and intrinsic motivation. Judgement in managing risk during administration and deployment. Willingness to learn new technologies and touch all parts of the system. A desire to contribute to the entirety of a technical feature, from business case, to design, documentation, implementation, testing, deployment, feedback, and maintenance.

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with common internet technologies. Experience with a Linux command line.
