The part-time I/T Analyst will support the technology needs of the property in the following ways: + Support, monitor, and maintain the property’s Local Area Network (LAN) to ensure reliable connectivity for guest services, events, and internal operations. + Assist with the installation, configuration, and support of server-based systems and applications that enable front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, and administrative functions. + Participate in system upgrades, patches, and technology migrations with minimal disruption to guest experiences and business operations. + Troubleshoot and resolve network, software, hardware, and audio‑visual (AV) issues in a timely, service‑oriented manner, escalating issues as appropriate. + Set up, configure, maintain, and break down AV equipment for meetings, conferences, weddings, and group programs, ensuring systems are fully operational prior to events. + Partner with hotel leadership, event staff, internal departments, and external vendors to deliver seamless technology support for guests, groups, and property operations. + Conduct regular walkthroughs of guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and event venues to proactively identify and resolve technology or connectivity issues. + Provide courteous, professional technical support that aligns with hospitality service standards and enhances the overall guest experience. + Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in accordance with IT and property procedures.
