Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to internal users by complying with customer service standards for inquiries, frequently asked questions, general information, troubleshooting and software advice to users and production/cell/office equipment, developing new systems according to business needs, as well as supporting existing applications. Implement new systems developed locally or by corporate in Emerson Tool and Appliance Company.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Ensure and maintain the best safety practices
Keep the areas under your responsibility free from accidents and unsafe conditions.
Support for Corporate Applications
Ensure systems are functioning properly and meet the objectives of their implementation.
Develop and implement solutions according to customer requirements
Develop applications and solution that cover the business needs
Ensure database backups for applications and monitor strict compliance
Prevent the loss of important company information by ensuring it is backed up and stored securely.
Support for Production equipment
Provide assistance for efficient performance and avoid downtime due to failures in testers, scanners, iPads, tablets or Zebra Printers.
Contact vendors for services and acquisition of software and hardware
Find the best option for the company in acquiring services, software, and hardware.
Provide assistance and support in IT matters (Help Desk)
Installation and configuration of third-party or vendor software
Coordinate and work with external vendors for installing and daily support on third-party applications not company owned
You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
You experiment with a wide range of existing technologies while applying new and emerging options that can enhance organizational outcomes.

Experience: 1 to 3 years
3 years of experience in a maquiladora environment (not required)
Languages: Intermediate English (conversational, written, and reading)
Knowledge:
System analysis and design
Web and desktop application development
Programming languages: C#, JavaScript, VB.Net, Asp.Net
SQL Server database management
Problem-solving skills
Project management
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Zebra Printers
Network knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, router/switch configuration)
