We are seeking a highly experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to lead CACI’s Azure cybersecurity program and oversee a team of geographically dispersed Information System Security Officers (ISSOs). This key leadership role is critical to maintaining a strong information assurance posture across multiple classified systems, programs, and enclaves in support of the U.S. Navy. The ISSM will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements, and classified network infrastructure standards.


Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Oversight

Lead and manage a distributed team of ISSOs across multiple locationsServe as the primary cybersecurity authority for all classified information systems under your purviewCoordinate system accreditations, inspections, audits, and responses to government stakeholdersAct as liaison between program leadership, system owners, and government security representativesSystem Security & RMF ComplianceOversee the implementation of security controls across JWICS, SIPRNET, and NTDN circuits for contractor facilitiesManage and maintain RMF system accreditation packages using tools such as eMASS, XACTA, or ServiceNowReview and approve System Security Plans (SSPs) and ensure timely ATO acquisition and renewalsEnsure timely execution of vulnerability scans, STIG compliance, and IAVM tracking across all systemsPolicy, Documentation & ReportingDevelop, enforce, and maintain site-specific security policies and SOPs in alignment with DoD and NIST guidanceMaintain comprehensive system documentation including network architecture, data flows, and asset inventoriesOversee audit readiness efforts and provide security status updates to senior leadership and the customer

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fieldActive TS/SCI with Poly10+ years of progressive experience in information system security, with ISSM-level responsibilitiesProven experience supporting Navy systems and standing up JWICS, NTDN, and SIPRNET circuits at contractor sitesIn-depth knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and applicable DoD/IC cybersecurity frameworksStrong leadership and team coordination skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilities

Certifications:

Security+ CE (minimum, per DoD 8570 IAT Level II)Additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CAP) preferred

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$103,800 - $218,100
