If so, let's start the conversation. **Information System Security Engineer** Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to join our team. The role is responsible for supporting security engineering efforts, particularly focused on FedRAMP and FISMA ATO processes. The ISSE will work closely with system owners, developers, assessors, and government stakeholders to ensure that security requirements are effectively implemented and maintained. **Must be a US Citizen.** **Key responsibilities:** + Serve as the technical lead for system security engineering efforts supporting FISMA and FedRAMP ATOs + Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSP), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), Continuous Monitoring Plans + Conduct security control implementation and provide guidance on appropriate NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP security controls + Lead or support risk assessments, vulnerability assessment and gap analyses + Participate in security control validation testing and collaborate with Third-Party Assessment organizations as needed + Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures + Engage in continuous monitoring activities **Preferred qualifications:** + Industry certifications such as CISSP, CAP, CCSP, CISM + Experience working with FedRAMP platforms + Eligible for U.S. Government security clearances (eg.
