This role will lead the Privileged Access Management (PAM) product strategy within our Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization. This role will drive the vision, roadmap, and operational maturity of PAM capabilities, with a focus on aligning with SAFe Agile practices.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Manage and develop a team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk
+ Maintain a broad awareness of the state of information security companywide
+ Identify, formulate, implement information security and Line of Business management
+ Determine appropriate strategy for information security policy, standards and procedures for systems, applications and tools
+ Set guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
+ Advise more experienced management on issues with high, critical impact
+ Interface with Information Security Industry Leaders, Financial industry Leaders, Analysts and Regulators
+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Information Security Analysis
+ Operate within a SAFe Agile framework to lead cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, and ensure delivery of PAM features aligned to enterprise security goals
+ Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
+ Oversee the evolution of PAM capabilities from traditional password rotation to modern, identity-based access models using tools like CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.
+ Lead the evaluation and potential adoption of SPIFFE/SPIRE frameworks to support dynamic, agent-based credentialing in containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes).
+ Partner with engineering, cloud, DevSecOps, and compliance teams to ensure PAM solutions are scalable, secure, and audit-ready.
+ Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance PAM operations using AI-driven insights and modern tooling
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years of management or leadership experience
+ 3+ years of Identity & Access Management experience
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Strong understanding of IAM processes, control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO)
+ Proven experience operating within a SAFe Agile or similar scaled agile framework
+ Hands-on experience with CyberArk and/or HashiCorp Vault for credential management and privileged access controls
+ Experience managing technical teams and aligning resources based on risk and business impact
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
+ Experience with SPIFFE/SPIRE or similar identity frameworks for cloud-native environments
+ Familiarity with Kubernetes, container security, and agent-based authentication models
+ Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
+ Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare)

+ Ability to work at one of approved locations in the job posting.
+ Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote
