As a Security Information Intern, you will work closely with our experienced security professionals to monitor and analyze security events, detect and respond to security incidents, and improve the overall security posture of our organization. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Currently enrolled in a computer science, cybersecurity, or related course + Strong interest in information security + Familiarity with security concepts and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, security information and event management (SIEM) systems, and vulnerability scanners + Good analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Able to work independently and in a team environment **What We're Looking For** + Currently enrolled in a computer science, cybersecurity, or related course + Strong interest in information security + Familiarity with security concepts and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, security information and event management (SIEM) systems, and vulnerability scanners + Good analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Able to work independently and in a team environment **What You'll Get from Us** The student will understand how to analyze common log formats to identify suspicious traffic and events.
