The Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Analyst supports the integrity and safety of information within the Conagra domain. Reporting to the Manager of Information Security, you will be responsible for the continual improvement of Conagra's Governance, Risk and Compliance lifecycle management through implementation of best practices, adherence to company standards and oversight of activities.

You Will:

Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures intended to ensure the integrity and safety of informationMaintain and implement enterprise information security policies and standards in accordance with cybersecurity frameworks and industry best practicesCreate, track, and report on metrics to monitor the health of the GRC program and enterprise cybersecurity postureSupport implementation and improvements to compliance and risk management programs and processes in accordance with company requirements and industry best practicesHelp with risk assessments and risk rankings along with overseeing of risk treatment plansPerform activities to validate control compliance and processes aligning with enterprise cybersecurity programManagement and coordination of cybersecurity risk exceptions and waiversSupport the third-party risk management program through collection and review of risk related artifactsBe a liaison within the company for cybersecurity GRC activities to include internal and external audit and assessment engagementsRetain and improve upon a high level of knowledge and best practices around GRC

You Have:

Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Security, Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology3+ years in IT with experience in a security function or relevant experienceAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingDemonstrated experience in risk assessment and mitigation activitiesExperience with industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002 or NIST 800-53Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical information to audiences of various technical levelsAbility to travel up to 10%

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$72,500-$107,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
