ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide security awareness program that go beyond compliance to foster a proactive security culture.
Design and deliver innovative, role-specific awareness campaigns using diverse methods (e.g., print, video, in-person, gamification, social media, and computer-based training) tailored to different learning styles and business functions.
Collaborate with business units and identify security ambassadors to extend the program’s reach and influence across the organization.
Align awareness efforts with IT risk priorities and the incident response plan to reduce human-related security risks and improve response effectiveness.
Measure program effectiveness through behavioral change metrics, incident response outcomes, and risk reduction indicators; report findings to leadership.
Communicate with clarity and impact, demonstrating marketing-level messaging and corporate communication skills to engage all levels of the organization.
Build strong relationships across departments and geographies, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for security awareness.
Continuously improve awareness processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate redundancy.
Plan and execute engaging events and initiatives that reinforce security messaging and drive employee participation.
Manage and maintain the security awareness training platform to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of awareness content.
Provide regular updates to management, contribute to strategic planning, and participate in cross-functional projects to support broader security goals.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive data, IT systems, and proprietary information.
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the global security team and broader organization.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree required.
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
3-5 years experience required in a compliance or audit environment, preferably facilitating Information Technology compliance and/or audit activities.
CISA Certification (Certified Information Systems Auditor) – or equivalent
Experience in interpreting compliance requirements and generating supporting documentation for such activities is preferred.
Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
At least 3-5 years of information security experience.
Technical background and thorough understanding of security threats.
Management of employees across geographical boundaries.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and the ability to influence from a marketing and sales perspective.
Strong project management skills and organizational skills.
Experience managing computer-based training and learning management systems (LMS).
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Psychology-related background a plus, but not required.
CISSP (Associate); CISM and/or SANS certification a plus.
The pay range for this role is $79,400 - $143,000. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: September 26, 2025.As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance.
