Job Title: Information Integrity Analyst- Atlanta Pay Grade: L Workplace: Remote but will be asked to report to in office meetings on an ad hoc basis. Travel: None Job Summary:
The person in the Information Integrity Analyst (IIA) role works collaboratively to deliver timely, actionable information to both internal and external stakeholders of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). Specifically, this position will support the Office of Incident Management and Compliance (OIMC) and the Office of Investigative Services (OIS) regarding quality reviews of data entries in systems, packaging data requests, measuring key performance indicators, and monitoring and testing databases used by OIMC and OIS. The position will assist with the end user feedback and input into the development and maintenance of applications relevant to OIMC and OIS, including but not limited to Image, Insight, and CheckPT, while supporting OIMC and OIS with SharePoint sites and multiple shared mailboxes. The IIA will also have opportunities to provide technical support to DBHDD’s network of providers and staff in the use of applications and to help them better interpret relevant data specific to the work in incident management and investigations. This role requires a dynamic person who has both an analytical mindset and can provide great customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
· Fluently combine data from multiple large data sets to create and distribute reports which will require creating and interpreting pivot tables and visuals in Excel
· Generate personalized Key Performance Indicator reports that will be used in staff performance evaluations
· Accurately fulfill large data requests as part of DBHDD’s response to Open Records Request
· Collaborates with other members of the Information Integrity Team to assemble DBHDD’s response to requests from the Department of Justice and Georgia Advocacy Office
· Demonstrates ownership of multiple databases keeping them updated and reconciled
· Manages multiple shared inboxes, knowledgeably and professionally responding to questions received
· Acts as administrator for and maintain in-depth knowledge of multiple DBHDD apps including IMAGE, Insight, Therap, and IDD-Connects
· Reviews requests for access to applications and grant access as appropriate
· Authors and maintain email templates ensuring helpful, accurate responses
· Assists with password reset requests and other user requests as needed
· Communicates effectively and represent DBHDD professionally during all interactions with providers and other stakeholders, including other DBHDD offices and divisions.
· Maintains working knowledge of all policies, provider manuals, relevant data management, data sharing, and background checks processes.
· Assists with incident management tasks as needed.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience working with a State, Federal, or Local Government Agency interpreting/analyzing information
· Proficient in reading, interpreting, and analyzing legal, court terminology, open records requests, data requests, record retention and security.
· Ability to work under the pressure of performing multiple tasks with varying deadlines while maintaining high quality work.
· Exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Sharepoint
· Experience with Analytics Software such as PBI, SQL, or SPSS
· Maintain working knowledge of Incident Management and Investigations processes and policies
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· First class customer service skills, including demonstrated ability to manage conflict professionally.
· Proven time management skills and an ability to work independently under limited supervision
· Naturally curious or research oriented to analyze information beyond surface explanations with the goal of finding and solving systemic issues

Associate degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience related to area of assignment; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Busi Support Analyst 2 (GSP131). Note: An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year.
