We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Senior Developer to join our ERP development and integration team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Infor M3 ERP solutions, working closely with global stakeholders and functional teams. This position requires extensive hands-on experience in Infor M3 technical development, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements, with a strong understanding of the M3 architecture, Business Engine, and related tools.
Your future duties and responsibilities:. Design, develop, test, and deploy complex customizations and enhancements using Infor M3 Adaptation Kit (MAK), Java, and other M3 development tools.
. Lead and review integration development using Infor ION, MEC, and M3 APIs.
. Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable technical solutions.
. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues within the M3 Business Engine and associated components.
. Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and development methodologies.
. Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers and AMS teams.
. 8 + years of hands-on experience in Infor M3 development and integration.
. Proficiency in Infor M3 Adaptation Kit (MAK), Java, and M3 Smart Office scripting.
. Strong experience in Infor ION (ION API, ION Desk, ION Workflows) and MEC (M3 Enterprise Collaborator).
. Deep understanding of M3 Business Engine (BE) programs, data structures, and transactions.
. Experience in M3 REST/SOAP APIs, Infor Web Services (IWS), and Event Hub.
. Experience with SQL, database design, and data integration techniques.
. Familiarity with H5 SDK, mashup development, and user interface customizations.
. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, code management, and deployment tools.
. Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions in Infor M3.
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience with different M3 versions, including Infor M3 CloudSuite (CE) will be an advantage.
. Prior experience in leading small technical teams or project workstreams.
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
