Infor IPS Hansen Configuration Senior Consultant

Work You'll Do As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for leading and supporting the deployment, configuration, and optimization of the Infor IPS Hansen platform for government clients. This role will work within a team environment, collaborating with client stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver tailored solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities will include: + Lead the implementation and configuration of Infor IPS Hansen for government clients, ensuring solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices. + Conduct requirements gathering sessions, process mapping, and gap analysis with client stakeholders. + Design, configure, and test Infor IPS Hansen modules (e.g., permitting, licensing, asset management). + Develop and document functional specifications, configuration guides, and user documentation. + Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Infor IPS Hansen with other enterprise systems (e.g., GIS, financial systems). + Manage and resolve issues related to data migration, system interfaces, and platform customization. + Provide subject matter expertise on Infor IPS Hansen capabilities, limitations, and configuration options. + Support project management activities, including status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation planning. + Ensure compliance with client policies, regulatory requirements, and data security standards. Qualifications: Required: + Bachelor's degree required + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. + 4+ years of experience in implementing and/or configuring Infor IPS Hansen or similar system such as Accela + 4+ years of experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design. Preferred: + Strong understanding of government business processes (e.g., permitting, licensing, inspections, asset management). + Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and integration concepts. + Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
