areas Professional Billing Position SummaryThe Professional Billing Functional Architect reports to the Application Manager and provides guidance and support for the Application Team LeadThe Architect will follow internal ITS policies and procedures They complete in depth and precise investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality to deliver on expected outcomesThey work closely with Revenue Cycle Operations system vendors consultants all Epic applications teams and technical services to triage service requests and scope projects in a timely mannerThe Architect serves as the primary project manager within the team and will cross coordinate between applications for larger initiatives They are responsible for project intake timeline development slotting all projects coordinating status updates and escalationsThey are seen as the highest subject matter expert and are responsible for keeping projects on task and on timeThe Architect will use Service Now SNOW as the source of truth for all system work and updates They will communicate to customers and leadership in a timely manner based on SLAs Position Responsibilitiesmiddot Supports Customer Groups Proactively engages with understanding their pain points as it relates to ITSmiddot Engages in collaboration with all stakeholdersmiddot Attend discoveryfocus group meetings to understand how solutions are determinedmiddot Provides technical and application expertise to the Customer Groupmiddot Accountable to manage all requests for ITS services including consultation on completion of Intake documentation and monitoring of request statusmiddot Understands the operational issues within their application area to represent user needsmiddot Analyzes workflow decisions and how they translate into application configurations to ensure system design reflects decisionsmiddot Anticipates and provides solutions to problems with the necessary priorities Presents solutions to operational leaders within respective teamareamiddot Project Managementmiddot Troubleshoot research and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systemsmiddot Assists in the development and documentation of Standard Work Processes that will be used to support the applicationmiddot Actively participates in weekly team meetings to
