Info Sec Project Manager (Chicago, Charlotte or Denver - Onsite)
Job Description Come join an exciting team within Global Information Security (GIS). Cyber Security Technology (CST) is a globally distributed team responsible for cyber security innovation and architecture, engineering, solutions and capabilities development, cyber resiliency, access management engineering, data strategy, deployment maintenance, technical project management and information technology security control support. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. Primary Level of Engagement: Works at program level under the supervision from a more senior domain expert or manager. Primary Interactions: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, Release Train Engineer, Technology Manager, and Delivery Lead II Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on). • Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. • Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. • Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. • Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. • Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. • Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise -Change Management standards. • Support resource planning for delivery/execution. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of Project Management experience • Agile Scrum Experience • MS Project • Technical Change Management (software/hardware deployments) • Requires advanced understanding of the security business practices, and familiarity with the project management processes and controls (endpoint security, data point security, network security, etc) • Strong knowledge of financial services, cybersecurity products, services and technologies at a functional and data level. • Cyber security policy, standards and project management process controls Previous Bank of America experience.
