Join our Global Influencer marketing team as Influencer Lead, Operations on a temporary basis, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our influencer marketing framework across all regions. This role is rooted in data-driven decision-making, helping to elevate channel strategy, optimise influencer activations, and strengthen our brand presence worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Development
Define and evolve the global influencer operations approach to support long-term marketing objectives. Build and optimize channel strategies, leveraging insights to guide future activations and improve performance. Partner with relevant parties to align influencer initiatives with broader brand and business goals.Performance Analysis & Insights
Lead and oversee global performance tracking and reporting, ensuring clarity and transparency across all campaigns. Analyze influencer activations at a holistic level, identify data trends, and draw actionable conclusions to improve ROI. Conduct A/B testing and apply data-driven insights to optimize strategies and execution. Take part in providing regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, successes, and opportunities for growth. QualificationsQualifications
