About the Project:
UGLs Manufacturing Maintenance business are looking for an Infield Delivery Manager to join our $2.3 billion New Intercity Fleet (NIF) project team based at our purpose-built maintenance facility in Kangy Angy on the NSW Central Coast.
The NIF project will oversee the replacement of trains carrying customers from Sydney to the Central Coast, Newcastle, the Blue Mountains and the South Coast. UGL will operate a new maintenance facility and provide maintenance and asset management services to the new fleet for 15 years.
About Your Role:
UGLs Manufacturing Maintenance – Transport business is recruiting for a highly experienced Infield Delivery Manager to join our collaborative team. The role will be based at our Mariyung Maintenance Facility, located in Kangy Angy.
Shift Details:
Reporting to the Infield Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of the Mobile Maintenance teams and the activities carried out at the Mariyung Stabling Yards and the performance of the maintenance activities on the trains in revenue (Passenger service).

Extensive Management and Supervisory experience within the rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics or any other safety-critical environmentStrong communication skills (oral written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.Outstanding ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff (verbal and written).Ability to advise, negotiate, influence, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to present information effectively to support decision-making.Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to achieve objectives within the agreed time frame.
