We are currently seeking for a Local Industry Manager to join our RSC in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

The following countries   will be assigned as countries of responsibility:

Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan) and Mongolia Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia)

EDUCATION

Bachelor or Higher technical degree

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years as Sales Marketing / Industry Manager / Product Manager or similar working with different channels (distributors, partners, end users). Knowledge of market & industry of above-mentioned countries. Experience in process automation industry is a plus (not an absolute requirement).

Russian, English fluent written and spoken

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knows industry specifics of his/her assigned industry and speaks insider language; Represent long term assigned industry specific market trends from the region towards industry network; Participate and contribute actively to assigned industry network meeting (E+H Global & E+H INT); Deployment of strategies by launching new products & solutions, collaboration on competitive pricing, training/presentations of sales partners and customers, executing and implementing marketing actions in the RSC countries, monitoring of success of sales and marketing actions in the assigned industry, help the representatives in strict coordination with the country BDMs to develop industry specific competencies and resources; Work in close cooperation to support country BDMs in developing sales in the assigned industry with the target of increasing market share; Champion of market intelligence and expert at competitor benchmarking in the assigned industry; Being the interface between Endress+Hauser International AG and the local organizations (Sales Offices); In close cooperation with BDMs is responsible for Order Entry, Net Sales and Gross Profit for the industry in charge; Strong knowledge of the market, the competition and the processes at E+H and in the local organization (SCs, representatives); Understand market behavior, local business relevant legislation and custom regulations; Responsible person and driving force for the implementation of industry specific business plans, sales strategies and creation of performance for the follow up of agreed actions; Follow up of inquiries and actions in close cooperation with the country BDM in the assigned industry; Intensive support of the local organization in customer acquisition in the assigned industry; Intensive support in helping generate business opportunities (lead generation and follow-up) in the assigned industry; In cooperation with Head of Sales / BDMs respect the customer segmentation marketing and sales as defined by E+H Standard 206; Customer care, active promotion of customer loyalty measures, shows that E+H is the right partner in the assigned industry; Active support in project acquisition. Coordination of national and international projects in the assigned industry; Support the Head of Sales / BDMs in price negotiations (e.g. local purchase price) for customers / reps / E+H organizations, under the guidance of HoD/Function owner, including GRP contracts in the assigned industry; Sales coordination in the assigned industry with other E+H Sales Centers (international project Std 205); Execution of seminars for customers and reps in the assigned industry; Trainings/presentations for employees of local organizations in technical and market aspects in the assigned industry; Support and advice the local organizations to develop the assigned industry; Guide and coordinate the country BDM / ISE in technical selection for daily business and projects in the assigned industry; Support, if necessary, in logistical matters e.g. order processing and commercial topics e.g. payment conditions, contract review and so on; Coordinate and support Marcom function in the execution of Campaign, Newsletter and related social media activities in the assigned industry; Input and support the Global Industry Manager in collection of Reference Application into reference database in the assigned industry; Implementation of an efficient reporting system according to the requirement, e.g. Salesforce.com / Endress.com; Utilize CRM / SFDC system as per provided guideline; Other activities as reasonably requested from time to time in the course of E+H work; Behaves according to E+H vision, Group Strategy, mission and credo, follows our Code of Conduct; Is responsible for quality, complaint management, safety, health and environmental aspects within your competencies.
