**Introduction** In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology **Your role and responsibilities** * Execute and Maintain Serialization Master Data Updates. * Receive, review, and implement master data changes and configuration requests for Pfizer SKUs in serialization systems. * Support New Product Launches and Mandate Implementations * Gather required data, configure new SKUs, and ensure systems are updated for new launches and regulatory changes. Collaborate and Troubleshoot Data Issues * Work with cross-functional teams to resolve master data issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives **Required technical and professional expertise** * 8- 12 years of experience with serialization systems (SAP ATTP, PTTS, ICH). Strong understanding of master data management principles and processes. * Ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements for serialization and track & trace. Analytical skills for data validation, issue investigation, and process optimization. * Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain operations and global serialization mandates. * Experience with automation of data connections and dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau). * Background in IT, engineering, or life sciences IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
