Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a global speciality manufacturer specialising in the Food and and Beverage Ingredients sector. Looking to add talent in the EMEA market, this organisation is in need of a Industry Business Manager – Premix.
The Industry Business Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our B2B ingredient solutions and Premix business on global scale. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional commercial acumen. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic plans, influence key stakeholders, and drive business growth across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives globally.Commercial Management: Oversee commercial activities, including sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, with a focus on large global customers.Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape worldwide.Technical Understanding: Leverage technical knowledge to support product development, innovation, and customer solutions.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners across different regions.Leadership: Lead initially leadership without direct management; mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.Influencing Skills: Effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization to drive strategic initiatives.Deliver growth targets: Utilize strong business acumen to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize business performance on a global scale.Sales Leadership: Drive the sales team to achieve targets, expand market share, and increase revenue, with a strong focus on Key Account Management skills.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s presence.Financial Oversight: Manage the commercial budget, sales forecasts, and ensure financial targets are met.Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the B2B ingredient (premix) industry.Proven track record of commercial success and strategic leadership.Strong technical background with a deep understanding of ingredients and premix.Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.Strong business acumen and commercial savvy.Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel internationally as required.Why Join Us:
