The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with hand tools, and a commitment to safety and quality. **What you will do...** + Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all maintenance and repair activities. + Collaborate with other technicians and departments to support overall equipment reliability and workplace safety. + Inspect, maintain, and repair a variety of hand tools (manual and power tools) to ensure optimal performance and safety. + Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hand tools, identifying root causes of malfunctions or failures. + Calibrate hand tools according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards to ensure accuracy and reliability. + Document all maintenance, repairs, and calibrations performed, maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies. + Communicate with manager regarding service priorities and status. + Assist with loading and unloading of products in the warehouse, on trailers or vehicles. + Deploy to manage onsite tool projects as needed.
