**Industrial Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift!**

We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support 3rd-shift operations at Acushnet|Titleist and ensure equipment remains safe, reliable, and fully optimized.

**Pay & Schedule**
+ $30.00/hour
+ 3rd Shift, Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am
**What You’ll Do**
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild production machinery (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical)
+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
+ Diagnose equipment issues using prints, schematics, manuals, and operator feedback
+ Install, align, and maintain machinery including conveyors, pumps, motors, fans, gearboxes, and more
+ Conduct basic machining, welding, plumbing, and fabrication
+ Use hoists, cranes, jacks, and rigging equipment to move or position machinery
+ Inspect equipment to identify wear, irregularities, or potential failure points
+ Rebuild and replace components such as cylinders, valves, bearings, motors, and drives
+ Document all work (PMs, repairs, parts used) in the computerized maintenance system
+ Help monitor spare parts inventory and report needed replenishment
**What You Bring**
+ Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience
+ Universal Refrigeration License (Required)
+ Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability across multiple systems
+ Own trade-related tools
+ Experience with power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, and vacuum systems
+ Ability to operate hoisting/lifting equipment (cranes, jacks, tractors)
+ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow equipment specifications
+ Basic electrical/electronic controls knowledge
+ Ability to perform basic math and use precision measuring tools
+ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machine tools (drills, lathes, mills, etc.)
+ Comfort using a computer for documentation and CMMS entry
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
+ Ability to obtain forklift, pallet‑jack, and/or man‑lift license
+ Solid understanding of general safety practices
