As an Industrial Security guard , there is a high focus on Scheduled foot and Mobile patrols, Excellent report writing , desk duties and exceptional customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in an industrial environment.

Competitive hourly wage of $ 16.55 + comprehensive benefits We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Permanent Position: Monday to Wednesday (0000-0800) Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Industrial Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Mobile and Foot site patrols with G-Track devise Work as a team and report to the onsite supervisor Provide Escorts for Visitors, and issue passes for appropriate areas Ensuring all doors are closed, and vacant areas have lights off CCTV Monitoring Maintain a safe and secure environment Provide active response, assist EMS, Fire Watch, Pressurized Systems and chemical spills Employee work alone process Provide excellent customer service Desk Duties Other duties as assigned by the client, company or Security Manager Qualifications for Industrial Security Guard Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license First aid certification an asset Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in Phone & computer skills Fluent in English, both written and orally Have Full Manitoba driving license Be a Citizen or must have been holding Permanent Residency since 7 years Be able to produce clear driving abstract. Be able to work day Shifts Controlled Goods Clearance is an asset Be able to go through Reliability and Controlled goods clearance 1-3 years of experience required High school education or equivalent Excellent computer skills
