Industrial Sales Manager, East China

Work independently or with dealers to focus on sales expansion / market share by introducing new products / services / solutions and organizing visits to current and potential clients.
**II. Key Responsibilities**
1.Develop and implement sales strategies for Zhejiang region, targeting top-tier accounts in the coatings, plastics, and automotive industries to establish long-term partnerships.
2.Regular client visits to key accounts and brand clients, track project progress, and ensure customer satisfaction and recurring business
3.Provide customized color management solutions based on client needs, including color measurement, quality control, and the application of digital tools.
4.Screen, evaluate, and train dealers to ensure they possess sales and technical support capabilities.
5.Work closely with dealers or other channels to maximize X-Rite’s overall benefits and achieve sustained sales growth through necessary channel management and support.
6.Conduct in-depth research on target industry trends to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
7.Participate in industry exhibitions and technical forums to promote X-Rite brand and build influence.
8.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing strategies based on market demands and trends.
9.Foster teamwork in daily operations to ensure the sustainable development of X-Rite’s business.
10.Effectively execute company strategies and achieve annual performance targets.
**III. Background and Skill**
1.At least 5 years of sales experience in industrial product, especially in coatings, plastics, or automotive industries), with a background in color management or precision instrument sales preferred.
2.Familiar with Zhejiang market, possessing key client resources and supply chain integration capabilities
3.Proficient in sales funnel management, skilled in using CRM tools and data analysis methods
4.Excellent business negotiation and solution presentation skills, capable of independently managing the entire technical sales process.
5.Strong resilience under pressure, adaptable to frequent business trips and fast-paced goal management
6.Good English skills in daily communication
