Industrial Relations Specialist

Our Industrial Relations specialist will be exposed to different activities such as managing relations with plant unions (RSU), Company policies analysis, practical application of the national collective bargain, support in technical communication structuring, application of current Company agreements, development of industrial relations projects, analysis support inside Industrial Relations team, that will be a great starting point for his/her career. This position will be based in Florence.

As part of Industrial Relations team, she/he will provide expertise and share insight partnering with our internal stakeholders in the following areas/tasks:

Manage constructive relationships with between management, employees, and trade unions, ensuring structured dialogue and effective negotiations in alignment with business needs, operational continuity, and company objectives.Partner with Business stakeholders/Functions on union-related issues.Provide expert support in drafting and managing disciplinary actions, relying on strong analytical capabilities to ensure accurate fact‑finding and continuous compliance with internal procedures and labor regulations.Provide support and guidance on clarification to internal business stakeholders on application of Company Agreements and National CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement).Support the upgrade of Company agreements and drafting new policies including the analysis of existing Company policies and agreements.Provide support and constant update on labor law and union topics through press releases, research and comparisons among different and multiple labor systems.Collaborate in the development of an Industrial Relations Culture across Company and suppliers.Support the drafting communication related to direct/indirect contractual impacts.

To be successful in this role you will

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Law, Economics, Political Sciences)Relevant experience in Industrial Relations, managing relations with plant unions (RSU), collective bargaining agreements, labor law compliance, disciplinary procedures, and negotiations with trade unions.Strong interest and highly motivated in developing a career path in Industrial RelationsCurious, proactive, flexible, fast in learning and with good interpersonal skillsOrganized, with excellent problem solving and time management capabilitiesListening orientation and capable of managing the topics covered with reliability and confidentialityPassionate about Industrial Relations matters and interested in investigating issues related to both legislation and the administrative field, to build a complete professionalism in the field of industrial relationsFluent English and advanced knowledge of Office package (Excel/Word/PPT)EU work permit
