Volt is immediately hiring multiple Industrial Painters for an immediate opportunity with a top manufacturer in Mabank, Texas.   

As a Painter you will:

Performs cleaning of parts prior to painting, masking, paint preparation, and after proper training performs industrial epoxy painting on simple parts. Cleans, sands, grit blasts, masks, and performs other surface preparations prior to paint application. Applies paint to all specified tolerances in all areas. Removes masking and cleans parts prior to further manufacturing processing. Sets up and operates necessary equipment following established procedures, specifications, oral and/or written instructions. Performs other protective coating processing. Maintain material records and order coating materials to sustain established inventory levels.

Hours are Monday – Friday from 5am – 1:30pm with lots of overtime available. Must be able to work weekends if needed for overtime. Positions are long term temp, may have potential to go temp to hire.

The ideal candidate will have:

Painting or sandblasting experience High School Education or GED is required Must be okay with wearing protective gear (rubber boots, chemical gloves, etc)

 

Pay Rate: $16-19/hr

** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
