Shifts Available2nd Shift:3:00 PM – 11:00 PM3rd Shift:11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay:$22.75 – $26.40/hour (based on experience and paint test)

Key ResponsibilitiesApply primer, paint, and touch-ups using spray equipment and brushesMask, unmask, and prep parts to meet exact specificationsPerform light bodywork and clean/condition parts before paintingMix paints to correct color, consistency, and viscosityMaintain and troubleshoot painting equipmentApply decals, stencils, and rust-proofing for a professional finishConduct quality checks throughout the painting processWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in industrial or automotive painting preferredFamiliarity with spray equipment, masking, and paint mixingStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join UsCompetitive pay with shift differentials$1,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid in 3 installments at 3, 6, and 12 months)Hands-on role where your skills are recognized and valuedOpportunities for growth within a respected companyFull benefits package including health, dental, vision, and moreOnsite position – be part of a team building vehicles used nationwide

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.

Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment
