The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving the good condition and functionality of manufacturing equipment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across various domains such as mechanical, pneumatics, fabrication, and electrical systems.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot facility needs related to electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.Diagnose malfunctions and perform equipment repairs efficiently.Read and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.Maintain tool crib and spare parts using maintenance software.Perform services, repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance for manufacturing equipment, compressors, and general facility warehousing equipment.Utilize skillsets to ensure efficiency and uptime for safe operation of the facility.Ensure maintenance requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.Respond to emergency maintenance calls throughout the facility.Execute preventative and reliable maintenance tasks.Understand optimal tooling selection, materials, and process improvement.Maintain spare parts and maintenance crib to ensure parts availability.Support adherence to safety standards and regulations with working knowledge of OSHA.Maintain a safe, clean, productive, and efficient work area in compliance with relevant guidelines.Essential Skills2-5 years of experience in pneumatics.2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.2-5 years of experience in electrical systems.Fabrication experience.Working knowledge of schematics and blueprints.Reliable transportation.Ability to understand, interpret, read, and write in English.Flexibility with work schedule.Why Work Here

Work Environment
The role involves long periods of standing and walking, working from elevations with ladders, lifts, or scaffolds, lifting up to 50 lbs, and activities such as kneeling and squatting. Expect shifts of 8 to 10 hours, 5 days a week, with some overtime. Alternative shifts or overtime may be required with advance notification.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
