Responsibilities:
-Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure machines operate safely and efficiently.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues by observing performance, testing systems, and consulting with operators or supervisors.
-Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, lubrication charts, operation manuals, and engineering specifications to guide maintenance and repairs.
-Inspect parts for defects or excessive wear; repair, replace, adjust, and align components using appropriate tools and equipment.
-Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble machinery as needed to maintain optimal performance.
-Test equipment after repairs to confirm compliance with specifications.
-Maintain accurate repair and maintenance logs, and order or coordinate fabrication of replacement parts when necessary.
-Safely operate machinery to move parts, equipment, and materials.
-Ensure proper disposal of trash and materials, report spills immediately, and comply with environmental and safety standards.
-Follow all company policies, operating procedures, and quality/safety guidelines, including API and ISO standards.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-High School diploma or GED preferred; additional technical or trade school training a plus.
-Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering diagrams.
-Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
-Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools, hoists, overhead cranes, and forklifts (license required).
-Computer literacy with basic proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Ability to lift 5???25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally (with assistance for heavier loads).
-Comfortable working in environments with exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, oil, coolant, and outdoor elements; must use PPE as required.
-Physically able to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and climb as part of daily duties.
-Good vision (close and distance) and hearing to follow instructions and respond to emergencies.
-Strong communication skills to work effectively with supervisors, team members, and management.
-Willingness to train and coach other employees in safe and efficient practices.
