**Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing facility that includes a CNC machine shop and an injection molding department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. **Shift and Pay:** 6:45 am - 3:15 am, Monday - Friday $30-38/hr depending on skill level **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines, injection molding equipment, and auxiliary systems. + Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques. + Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. + Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for accurate repairs and adjustments. + Maintain and repair automated systems, robotics, and PLC-controlled machinery. + Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities. + Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance in maintenance logs or CMMS. + Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues promptly. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred. + 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within CNC machining and/or injection molding environments. + Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits (including 3-phase and 480V), hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, and automated manufacturing systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Delray Beach, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr. 💼401(k) Retirement Plan 🏥Comprehensive Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 🌴Paid Time Off (PTO) 🚚Work with a reliable fleet and supportive team 📍Stable, onsite position in Delray Beach, FL **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Delray Beach,FL. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Dec 22, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
