📍 Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
💲 Pay: $30–$35/hr (based on experience)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (plus overtime, including some Saturdays)

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician with a solid background in manufacturing? Our client is looking for a Predictive Maintenance Technician to help ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to keep machines running smoothly Repair or replace components in pneumatic, hydraulic, and fluid systems Maintain accurate service records and documentation Collaborate with production teams to support operational efficiencyWhat You Bring 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Strong knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and fluid systems Skilled in using hand tools and following safety protocols High school diploma or equivalentWhy You’ll Love This Role Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential Competitive pay based on your experience Weekly pay via direct deposit Access to free online training & certifications through Manpower’s MyPath Program
