Step into a role where your technical skills truly make an impact. We’re looking for a driven Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep operations running smoothly at our Broussard, LA facility. This is a first-shift opportunity with a clear path from temporary to permanent placement.
What You’ll Be DoingTackle preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and controls
Support ramp-ups, setups, and startups of production machinery
Contribute to installation projects and process improvements
Keep documentation up to date through CMMS and maintain safety as a top priority
Partner with engineers, vendors, and team members to deliver results
What You BringAt least 3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting abilities (low/high voltage, schematics, controls)
Solid mechanical background with pumps, motors, compressors, and hydraulics
Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance is a plus
Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals with confidence
A proactive, safety-focused mindset and the drive to solve problems fast

Pay Details: $21.29 per hour
