Join a dynamic team dedicated to producing high-quality pre-cast products, including columns, wall panels, beams, and balconies, for various structures like industrial buildings, stadiums, schools, and commercial buildings. Your role will involve performing preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting on plant and power equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and power equipment.Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.Work on extruders for concrete, batch plant equipment, diesel trucks, cranes, small engines, saws, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Diagnose and repair equipment on the spot.Handle electrical systems including 480v top end, 3-phase, AC/DC power.Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.Essential Skills5 years of industrial maintenance experience with an emphasis on electrical work.Proficiency in troubleshooting, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs.Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electro-mechanical systems, diesel engines, and small engine repair.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 year of experience in diesel work or small engine repair.Strong communication skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work on a 1st shift schedule, starting at either 6 am or 7 am, working 50 hours a week from Monday to Friday. Experience working both indoors and outdoors, and be part of a growing team with opportunities for advancement.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
