Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment
Install and maintain PLCs, HMIs, AC drives, and industrial PCs
Conduct basic programming and perform system diagnostics
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Assist with general facility maintenance and building repairs
Collaborate with production staff to resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively
QualificationsProven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, electrical schematics, and mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying plant conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise)
Reliable, team-oriented, and clear communicator
