Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician position with a long-standing manufacturer in Erie, PA. This is a direct placement opportunity on the 2nd shift offering competitive pay and an outstanding benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic machinery and equipment

Perform basic programming and diagnostics on PLCs, HMIs, AC drives, and industrial PCs

Execute preventive maintenance tasks and keep spare parts inventory updated

Complete general facility repairs and small construction tasks

Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment issues early

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in manufacturing conditions (hot, cold, dirty, loud)

Strong interpersonal skills and initiative to work independently and as part of a team
