ResponsibilitiesAssist with repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems, and components, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems, and boilers.Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.Resolve safety concerns.Monitor inventory supplies and maintain maintenance records.Ensure the operation of machinery, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components.Troubleshoot sources of problems by observing the operation of equipment.Utilize precise measurement tools and testing instruments, including micrometers and calipers.Remove defective parts using dismantling devices such as cranes, hoists, hand, and power tools.Inspect motors and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, perform boiler chemical testing, conduct daily and weekly safety checks, record and analyze meter readings, and clean and lubricate shafts and bearings.Essential SkillsTroubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance and repairElectrical maintenance, 3-phase electrical systemsHydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical skillsPLC troubleshootingLadder logic, PLC programmingInstallationBlueprint readingAdditional Skills & QualificationsMust be able to pass the Ramsay test (a series of mechanical/electrical aptitude and skills assessments).3+ years in an industrial maintenance role.Strong mechanical aptitude.Boiler knowledge preferred.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
