Responsibilities:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance to keep equipment running perfectly.Quickly fix machine breakdowns, including clearing jams and operating machinery.Conduct thorough quality control checks, like visual inspections and weight verifications.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex production and support equipment.Test and inspect machinery for alignment, wear, and efficiency.Keep detailed records of all maintenance and test results.Work with your team to boost overall plant productivity.Maintain a clean and safe workspace, always following safety rules.Handle other tasks as needed, showing your flexibility.


Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:

Experience taking things apart and putting back together.Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauges).Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.Excellent problem-solving skills, whether you're working alone or with a team.Ability to succeed in both independent and team settings.


Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

Proven mechanical skills and hands-on experience.A commitment to workplace safety and understanding of safety rules.Comfort with basic computer systems and using gauges, tools, and equipment.
