Responsibilities:

Execute detailed preventative maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure optimal equipment performance.Proactively address and resolve machine malfunctions, including clearing can jams and operating machinery.Conduct rigorous quality control checks, including visual inspections and weight verifications.Expertly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex production and support equipment.Perform precision machinery testing and inspections to assess alignment, wear, and efficiency.Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities and test results.Collaborate with team members to support overall plant productivity.Uphold a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:

Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauges).Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.Exceptional problem-solving abilities, both independently and collaboratively.Ability to thrive in both independent and team-oriented environments.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:

Proven mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.Strong commitment to workplace safety and a thorough understanding of relevant safety regulations.Proficiency in basic computer systems and the use of gauges, tools, and equipment.
